  4. Do you offer pet food?

    Yes! We have a variety of pet food for dogs and cats. From dry food to wet food & treats for dogs, we have it all! Check it out here. In the dry food category, we offer oven-baked YKibble™. It is slow-cooked to preserve the nutrition value & is vet-approved too! While wet food for dogs is ready to serve & made of 100% human-grade ingredients. It is healthy, nutritious & offers a completely balanced meal.

    For cats, we offer dry food called Kittibles™ that comes in two variants - adult & kitten. Kittibles™ is enriched with essential taurine, wholesome chicken and tuna and filled with prebiotics for a happy tummy. It is made with 100% human-grade ingredients and provides complete nutrition to your cats and kittens.

  5. How do I filter the products on the shop page?

    Follow these steps to filter products on the shop page -

  6. My pet suffers from ticks, fleas & worms, do you have any products for that?

    If your pet is suffering from ticks, fleas & worms, we have a solution for that too. Our defender range is known for its defending abilities against ectoparasites, hence the name. Our products like Ravtix Anti Tick Spray kills ticks & lice by dehydrating them while Deworminator is a deworming medicine that removes tapeworms, whipworms & hookworms. Do check out the rest of the products from this range by using the filter “Tick Protection Kit”.

  7. I am looking for supplements for my pet, do you have any supplements?

    We have supplements for both dogs & cats. From immunity booster to calcium syrup, there are many options to choose from.

  9. How to find out the status of my order?

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive regular updates on your registered email ID. You will receive your tracking details as well. This way you can keep track of the status of your order.

  10. How long does it take to get my order?

    Once your order is dispatched, it can take anywhere from 2 to 5 working days to be delivered. Delivery in some cities or remote pin codes can take longer. Since courier partners don't work on Sunday's and public holidays, some deliveries may be delayed due to these reasons.

  11. What are the shipping charges?

    There are zero shipping charges!

  12. What forms of payment do we accept?

    We accept payment through Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, RazorPay, Wallet (like Phone Pe, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Ola Money, Jio Money, Payzapp).

  13. Can I opt for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    No, we do not offer Cash On Delivery, but it will start very soon. Until then, you can pay via the other digital payment options mentioned above.

    If you have a gift card then you can redeem it within a certain time period. All you have to do is -

    If a product is in stock the product will show quantity in stock on the product page below the 'Add to Cart' button. Normally, we ship our orders within 24-48 hours. If you have ordered multiple items in your order and are in a rush for some, please understand that we only ship completed orders.   19. Where are you located? Do you have a facility where we can see products?

    We are located in Pune, India and are proud to be 100% Indian, owned, operated and 'Made in India.' All our prices are in INR. Our facility is located at shop no. 5, survey no. 129/28/1, Jiwan nagar, Village Tathawade, Taluka Haveli, Dist.- Pune, Maharashtra - 411045 IN. The facility operates from 9 am to 9 pm, seven days a week.

    Upon placing an order with Wiggles.in, you will be sent a confirmation email immediately after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you don't receive an email confirmation, please check your bulk/spam or junk folder and it should be there. Please contact us if you have any more questions.

  23. Do you charge GST?

    Wiggles.in is required to collect sales GST on all orders. All states in India require that we collect sales GST.

  24. What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase? How do I return it?

    We develop innovative, vet-approved products made with supreme ingredients and immense care adhering to the highest standards of quality. We also keep updating you about our newly launched products and keep updating the information just so you are always informed about them before purchasing from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind about purchasing them. We want your experience of shopping at Wiggles.in to be a positive one. You may return your item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price with some conditions. Please refer to our return policy section on our website for more details.

  25. What is our policy on damaged goods?

    Items at Wiggles.in are carefully packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur on route. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receiving the order. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us immediately. In order to process your claim, please send us high-resolution digital photos including one photo of the packaging that the item was shipped in to support@wiggles.in. Please keep all the original packing material intact. We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are returned or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.

  26. Is there a shelf life on your products?

  27. How do you ship my order?

    Majority orders are shipped via Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC, Fedex, India Post and others. For larger orders we use specialized third party transport carriers such as Gatti, VRL and TCI Express.

  28. How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Please see our shipping section to learn more about our shipping policies. In-stock items ship within 48 hours of purchase. If the item says "Available to Order" this means the item is not in stock and needs to be ordered.

  29. When can I cancel my order?

    Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

  30. Can I reuse discount vouchers?

    Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as availed even if you cancel the order.

  31. When will my refund be initiated?

  9. How to apply? Do we need to massage it?

  10. My dog is furry, do I need to part the hair or just a topical spray will be enough?

    If you have a furry pal, please part their hair and then spray it on the affected area for better results. Massage until absorbed by their skin.

    1. If there is a pet scheduled prior to you, we may take time to medically treat it. Their illness might be more severe than anticipated. Your patience and understanding in this regard will be highly appreciated!

    2. A pet appointment scheduled prior to your pets' appointment may go quicker than anticipated. So, we will proceed with our appointments ahead of schedule. You will of course be intimated accordingly.

    3. We may not be available 24/7. If you cannot reach us, please contact one of the emergency hospitals for treatment.

  1. What if the blood tests show something wrong?

    If the blood test shows that your pet is not fit for any reason, we may be unable to admit your pet into our boarding for the time being but would like to continue treatment through our Veterinary services and ensure that your pet can be welcomed at our boarding soon

  2. What if your pet has already undergone a Spot-On Treatment by your current veterinarian?

    In case you have done a spot-on treatment for your pet three weeks prior to boarding, we would need a valid prescription from your vet.

  3. Can I book the training service over a call?

    Yes! You can book our dog training services by calling us on +91 8431620000. Our customer support is available from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday. They will guide you through the booking procedure.

  4. Is this service available Pan-India?

    As of now, our dog training service at home is available across Pune. You can book an Online Behavior Consultation session which is available Pan-India.

  5. What are the commands covered in the Basic Obedience Training Package?

    The Basic Obedience Training Package covers various commands like heel, sit, down, sleep, up, come, fetch, drop, take-it, shake hand and stay, followed by a thorough knowledge transfer with the pet parent to ensure better understanding & communication with the dog.

  6. How many sessions are covered in the Training Packages?

    The number of sessions and the duration of the training is based on the training package selected by you and as advised by our trainers. For instance, a basic obedience training package has 22 sessions and the duration of each session is between 30 to 60 minutes.

  7. How do I enroll my dog?

    The process is super simple! Once you would like to proceed, we will send across an E-agreement on your registered email ID. We believe in being 100% paperless & transparent, We request you to go through the document carefully before digitally signing through a 3rd party portal/application.

  8. How can I make the payment?

    You can make the payment through UPI, Paytm and RazorPay.

  9. Will I have the same trainer throughout the training period?

    We will try & ensure that your dog receives training from the same trainer however the same is subject to availability.

  1. What is SmartVet?

    Wiggles.in stands for healthy pets across India. We want to provide an accessible and affordable online video or audio health consultation service at the fingertips of every pet parent so that every pet is healthy, happy and in the pink of health regardless of the challenging times. Wiggles SmartVet ensures you can connect online with our team of vets at your convenience. Our offerings are designed to keep it simple, easy to use and always handy!

  2. How does it work?

    Once you register with us, you can connect with our team of veterinarians by booking an appointment as per your convenience through any smart device of your choice. Consultations are through video calls and prescriptions will be sent to you at the end of each consultation via email as and when required. All you need is a stable internet connection, a mobile phone or laptop and your pet and you are good to go!

  3. How do I book an appointment?

  4. What services does SmartVet offer?

    Category A - Includes services/health concerns of the pet for which consultancy can be given through a Video Call by our vet.

    1. Itching/scratching/ticks and flea management

    2. Anorexia

    3. Excessive shedding

    4. Ear infection

    5. Eye allergy

    6. Minor wound management

    7. Cough/sneezing

    8. Diarrhea/loose stool/loose motions

    Category B - Includes services, which depending on the situation will be decided by the vets if treatable or untreatable.

    2. Based on diagnostic tests, video consultancy will be offered.

    Category C - Includes services for which video consultancy cannot be given through an online platform.

    1. Diseases/conditions which require physical interventions (example: wound dressing, maggoted wound, vaccination, fracture, pregnancy and parturition).

    2. Blood collection and diagnostic techniques like X-rays, USG.

    3. Any injectables or fluid therapy.

    4. Emergency cases.

    Please note: Wiggles SmartVet will under no circumstances accept emergency video consultation for the above and it is the responsibility of the pet parent to ensure timely intervention is done and the pet is given immediate and the right kind of treatment at a reputed pet care hospital or clinic. Sixth Sense Retail Private Limited (Wiggles.in) will not be held responsible for the instances leading to the deteriorating health condition of the pet in this case and it is advisable that the pet parent gets timely help from a local vet.

  5. Can I book Smartvet Consultation via call?

    Simply drop us a message on +91 8431620000 and tell us your preferred date and time for the appointment. We will book an appointment with our vet and share the details for the video conference with you. You will receive complete assistance from us during your journey with Wiggles SmartVet.

  6. Can I speak to the same doctor again?

    Your wish is our command! Kindly place any requests you may have to your assigned Client Service Executive and we will try our best to book an appointment with the same doctor. We however request you to book your consultation or inform us in advance to avoid last-minute cancellations.

  7. Will you provide medicines?

    Once our vet creates and shares a prescription with you, you can either purchase the medicines from your local store/chemist or we will be happy to ship the medicines to you with a pawsome discount within 5 business days.

  8. Can I use this for emergencies?

    Wiggles SmartVet will under no circumstances accept emergency video consultation for emergency cases and it is the responsibility of the pet parent to ensure timely intervention is done and the pet is given immediate and the right kind of treatment at a reputed pet care hospital or clinic. Sixth Sense Retail Private Limited (Wiggles.in) will not be held responsible for the instances leading to the deteriorating health condition of the pet in this case and it is advisable that the pet parent gets timely help from a local vet.

  9. What are your service timings?

    We are open from 9 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week.

  10. What is the duration of a consultation?

    Each consultation is booked and scheduled for 30 minutes. In case the time is insufficient for you to discuss your pet's health matter, you can book another appointment for 30 minutes.

  11. Are there any IT and System requirements?

    All you need is a stable internet connection, any device (Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Desktop) with an active webcam and connection to Google Meet (And your pet, of course!).

  12. How much does it cost?

    The cost of SmartVet services for 30 mins is just ₹ 399/per consultation.

  13. How can I make the payment?

    You can make the payment through UPI, Wallets and/or any debit or credit (on request) cards.

  14. Why do you need my personal details?

    Wiggles SmartVet does not accept bookings for emergency cases as this service is designed to help you navigate your journey in pethood during testing times. Hence, we may ask for you and your pet's details to be assured of the same, at the time of registration.

  15. What are the Terms & Conditions and E-agreement?

    We believe in being 100% paperless, hence you will receive an E-agreement by mail at the time of registration and we request you to go through it carefully before digitally signing the agreement with just one click.

  2. I have a cat, can I still take your services?

    We are extremely sorry but our Online Behavior Consultation is only meant for dogs & puppies.

  3. How do Online Behavior Consultations work?

    Once you register with us, you can connect with our in-house team of experts by booking an appointment at your convenience through any device of your choice. Consultations are conducted through video calls. All you need is a stable internet connection, a mobile phone or laptop and your dearest pet and you are good to go!

  4. Who provides these consultations?

    These consultations are provided by our team of canine behavior experts.

  5. What are the charges for the service?

    The charges for a one-time consultation of 30 minutes is 399/-

  6. How do I book an appointment?

    To book an appointment for Online Behavioral Consultation, please follow these steps -

  8. Is there any E-agreement for Online Behavior Consultation?

    Yes, before receiving Wiggles Online Behavior Consultation, you will be requested to sign an E-agreement. We believe in being 100% paperless & transparent, hence you will receive an E-agreement by mail at the time of registration and we request you to go through it carefully before digitally signing through a 3rd party portal/application.

  9. What are your service timings?

    We are available from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday (7 days a week).

  10. Are there any IT and System requirements?

    All you need is a stable internet connection, any device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop) with an active webcam/smartphone camera, mic and a connection to a 3rd party app. (And your pet, of course!)

  11. I have a puppy who is 4 months old, is it too early to take these services?

    Yes, a 4-month-old puppy can also receive our Online Behavior Consultation services.

  12. I have a 3-year-old dog with behavioral issues, should I opt for these services?

    Absolutely! Every dog is capable of improvement. With the right guidance & tips, unwanted behavior can be eliminated & positive interaction can improve their behavior.

  13. What are some of the behavior issues?

    There can be several behavioral issues that your pet might have. From aggression to poor leash walking, our pets can suffer from a range of behavioral issues. But don't worry, with the right guidance & training, these issues can be corrected.

  14. After how long will I see a change in the behavior?

    There is no prescribed time within which a change in behavior will be visible. It depends on the dog/puppy & also depends on how pet parents follow up on the advice given by our consultants.

Custom Diet Plans

  1. Does Wiggles.in provide any Custom Diet Plans?

    Wiggles.in believes that healthy pets are indeed happy pets. And to ensure that your pets eat healthy & stay fit, we have introduced Custom Diet Plans for cats & dogs. Each pet is unique & needs undivided attention when it comes to their food. Our in-house experts conduct a thorough checkup of your pets & based on the results, we curate a diet that is balanced & nutritious. Our vet-approved Custom Diet Plans will help your pets tackle issues like obesity, malnourishment, hypothyroidism etc & when followed religiously and will keep them in the pink of health!

  2. Is veterinarian consultation compulsory before I can opt for a Custom Diet Plan?

    A veterinarian consultation is compulsory before you can opt for a Custom Diet Plan as it gives our team better insights into the issues, deficiency (if any) & needs of your pet. This way, our nutrition experts can come up with an effective Custom Diet Plan, to suit the needs as well as the taste of your pet while also taking into account any pre-existing issues like allergies, gluten & lactose intolerance etc.

  3. Do I need to consult a veterinarian from Wiggles.in or can I consult any other veterinarian as well?

    A consultation with our in-house veterinarians is mandatory as it helps us to curate Custom Diet Plans for your pets. An in-house veterinarian consultation is included if you choose to take a Custom Diet Plan with us.

  4. Do I need to produce any kind of prescription to avail the Custom Diet Plan?

    No, our veterinarians will consult with you before preparing a Custom Diet plan for your pet. If you need to share any specific prescription, you can share prescriptions and/or any previous diagnosis with our veterinarians to help them understand your pet better.

  5. How do I approach Wiggles.in for a Custom Diet Plan for my pet?

    The diet plan will be sent to you via email (on your registered email ID) and for your convenience, it will also be sent through WhatsApp on your registered mobile number. If you happen to change your mobile number or email ID, please edit your details under 'My Profile' once you have logged in to your account.

  7. Can I feed Wiggles.in Wet Food/YKibble to my dog?

    Yes, you can feed our human grade Wet Food/YKibble Adult or Puppy variant to your dog. Our in-house experts will guide you about the feeding guidelines that are best suited for them or you can also follow the feeding guidelines written behind the pack.

  8. Who makes these Custom Diet Plans?

    The Custom Diet Plans are crafted by our in-house veterinary and nutritional experts after carefully understanding your pet's health, nutritional needs, any existing allergies & ailments. A prior consultation allows our in-house team to better understand your pet's age, breed, season, lactation status to curate the ideal diet plan for your pet.

  9. What are the charges of a Custom Diet Plan?

    The charges of our Custom Diet Plans are 1999/- only which is inclusive of a consultation with our in-house experts, followed by a Custom Diet Plan. We take into consideration your pet's age, breed, weight, illnesses if any, deficiency, supplement support & their latest medical reports before formulating a Custom Diet Plan.

    You will receive your pet's Custom Diet Plan within 7 to 10 working days.

  12. How do I book a Custom Diet Plan?

    To book our Custom Diet Plan, you will be sent a Pre-consultation form which needs to be filled by you before availing the consultation. You will be requested to fill in a few details about yourself and your pet. Once this is done, a link will be shared with you via email where you will be asked to sign an E-agreement. We believe in being 100% paperless & transparent. Please read the E-agreement carefully before digitally signing through a 3rd party portal/application.

  13. My pet is not eating according to the diet prescribed in the plan, what should I do?

    If your pet is not eating according to the prescribed diet, please feel free to contact us on +91 8431620000 from 7 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday & our in-house experts will assist you. We also provide post-diet Consultation wherein we will address your concerns & modify your pet's diet if required.

  15. I have more than one pet, can I get a Custom Diet Plan for all?

    If you have more than one pet and you are seeking a Custom Diet Plan for them, we can provide you with two separate diet plans after following all the steps. We believe that since each pet is unique, they deserve to be treated that way. A Custom Diet Plan cannot work the same way for both your pets.

  16. How often should I change the diet for my pet?

    It is not advisable to change your dog's food & diet on a daily or weekly basis as this may lead to side-effects in their skin & coat. Although it is recommended that you rotate your dog's food every three months. Please ensure you follow the transition guidelines and feeding guidelines in case you change your pet's diet.

  17. I can't find the products prescribed in the diet plan, what should I do?

  22. Are there any IT and System requirements?

    All you need is a stable internet connection, any device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop) with an active webcam/smartphone camera and connection to a 3rd party app. (And your pet, of course!)

  23. How can I make the payment?

    You can make the payment through UPI, Paytm and RazorPay

  24. Should I also provide my pet's personal belongings like a leash, toys, medicines?

    For safety reasons, we will not be accepting your pet's personal belongings. We will be using our own leash & other pet essentials. If your pet requires a specific brand of food or medicine, kindly inform our team in advance and it will be procured by us and additional charges will be levied for the same.

  25. Can a Pet Guardian fulfill the procedure on my behalf?

    Yes. We urge you to compulsorily appoint a Pet Guardian and an emergency contact in case you cannot attend to your pet's stay formalities. The Pet Guardian will be required to fulfill the requisites & formalities.

  26. What happens if the Pet Guardian also falls sick during this duration?

    We understand that times are tough. If the Pet Guardian falls sick during this duration, we will request you to let us know and suggest another Pet Guardian who will be responsible for your pet's safety & well-being.
